Meet the Face Behind the Name: Dipayan Roy

With over 30 years in the business world, Dipayan Roy is the driving force behind our consultancy. He’s tackled everything from changing how businesses work to coaching leaders. With previous experience at KPMG and Sony, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Dipayan’s always learning, with an MBA from XLRI, Chartered Fellow membership of the CIPD, Chartered Management Consultant membership of the CMI, Coaching credentials from Ashridge, a Six Sigma Black Belt  and a Level B assessor certification from the BPS, and skills in languages like French, Hindi, Bengali, and English.
