During the course of his twenty five years in business, Dipayan Roy has built a diverse portfolio of HR skills across Business Partnering, Workforce Optimisation, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Reward, Employee Relations, Change Management, Coaching, Facilitation, Organisation Development and Design, Employee Engagement and Cross Cultural working. This has been possible through the delivery of business results as his career progressed from a manufacturing head of HR, to a country head of HR, and subsequently, to a regional cross continental head of HR. Geographically this journey has taken him from Ranchi to New Delhi, to Berlin, and to London where he was Head of HR for the European operations of two of Sony’s Electronics Divisions.
He has also been a successful business advisor to clients in the private, public and governmental sectors across Europe, Africa and Asia both as a member of KPMG London’s prestigious People and Change Consulting practice and running his own Management Consulting and Advisory business.
Absolutely committed to professional development to deliver the best to his employers and clients, Dipayan has built upon a BA Honours in Sociology with a MBA from XLRI and currently holds Chartered Fellow membership of the CIPD. With qualifications such as a Level B assessor from the BPS, Six Sigma Black Belt and Coaching qualifications from Ashridge Business School, he has ensured his skills and experiences are current, transferable and appropriate to the requirements of his many roles. He has also invested in his language skills and is fluent in French, Hindi, Bengali and English.
